This trailer looks AWWWESOME. I have two words for you. Christopher. Plummer. I have two more. The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus is the movie Heath Ledger was in the middle of filming when he died - in order to keep the movie going, Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law all stepped forward to take over filming of the rest of Heath's part, donating their salaries to Heath's daughter, Matilda. Amazing.

I am more excited to be seeing a new Terry Gilliam movie than anything else, but the Heath Ledger element is definetely exciting. And of course I'll take anything with Johnny OR Colin OR Jude in it, so you almost can't go wrong!!
ReplyDeleteWow - I thought for sure this was a Tim Burton movie. Great story about the 3 actors donating their talent! I'm with Melissa on watching anything with them on the screen. What in the world is the movie even about though? If you don't already know the trailer doesn't seem to help - it just seems strange. Probably just a generational thing.
